Learning CPR doesn’t have to be dry and monotonous

We use interactive group activities, realistic simulations, and gamified learning exercises to transform CPR training into an exciting adventure.

Some of the things you can expect to learn include:

  • Identify the signs of cardiac arrest, choking, or other life-threatening situations—and when it’s time to initiate CPR
  • Perform high-quality CPR, including chest compressions and rescue breaths (if applicable based on the chosen technique, e.g., traditional CPR or hands-only CPR)
  • Use an AED to analyze a person's heart rhythm and deliver an electric shock if necessary
  • Unblock airway obstructions if someone is choking
  • Administer rescue breaths to individuals who are not breathing enough or at all
  • Provide hands-only CPR in situations where rescue breaths are not feasible or desired
  • Communicate and coordinate with rescuers in situations where there are many responders
  • Modify your response for specific populations, including infants, children, pregnant women, or individuals with special needs.

On top of fun, fast, and effective CPR training, you’ll also enjoy:
